A month to month periodization that is customized to your child's athletic needs and goals. As your child goes through their seasons (pre season, in season, post season and off season) our fitness professional will tailor the workouts to be in line with their team practices and games. This coaching is extremely beneficial to reach the collegiate level. With this coaching, we require the teams practice schedule, typical workouts during each practice and known weaknesses or concerns you or your child have. We will have one initial evaluation and two 60 minute private workouts at Natick Youth Fit each month, effective workouts to be completed independently with available equipment and weekly texting check ins.
