If you are a current customer and have questions or concerns regarding our services or refund policies, please contact us directly by PHONE during our regular business hours. Additionally, potential customers who have questions are encouraged to call us before finalizing their purchases. Please note that we require our services be paid for in full prior to the start of the first class/session in a package. This policy also applies to the scheduling of a single session.
Customers may request refunds in one of two ways:
1. Request a refund via PHONE by calling us during our regular business hours.
2. Request a refund via email at: Info@Natickyouthfit.com
For verification purposes, a member of our team may be required to speak with you directly by phone before your refund request can be processed.
Single Session Refunds:
A customer who has purchased a single session service (that is not part of a session package) and would like a full refund must make a request for a refund at least 24-hours prior to the start time of their scheduled session. For example, if you bought a single session service on Monday (9/01/20) and scheduled it for Wednesday (9/03/20) at 5:00 pm, you would be entitled to a full refund if you requested a refund before 5:00 pm on Tuesday (9/02/20).
Session Package Refunds:
A customer who has purchased a session package and would like a full refund must make a request for a refund at least 24-hours prior to the start time of the FIRST SCHEDULED SESSION in their purchased session package. For example, if you bought a session package service on Thursday (11/01/20) and scheduled the FIRST session in the package for Saturday (11/03/20) at 3:00 pm, you would be entitled to a full refund if you requested a refund before 3:00 pm on Friday (11/02/20).
