Tumbling Tots
Mommy/Daddy and me! Bring your toddlers to our 2,500 sq foot studio fully matted and let them explore, climb, balance and jump! It is never too early to create a foundation of stability for your tots! |
College Prep
In 4 years or less your teen will become more independent and may not know how to work out safely and effectively. Our professional fitness instructors can help teach teens how to maintain their weight and focus on exercises and workouts that will benefit their future! |
Autism Fitness
Our Certified Autism Fitness Practitioners are able to create a fitness program that teaches children on the autism spectrum how to exercise in a way that is beneficial to their day to day life. Each Session is built with a variety of workouts designed to keep the children excited about fitness and exposed to several different workouts! Ninja courses, circuit training, obstacle courses, etc! By offering a different workout each week - we can keep the workout new and interesting so the kids don't get bored and continue to make countless gains such as:
